Common Error Messages
Below are some of the most common error messages you may encounter when syncing data between Netsuite and JOOR.
Accessing Errors
You can find the Failed Record Queue under the Sync and General Logs section of your Unified Connector Dashboard on your Netsuite account.
Error | Cause | Solution |

undefined--undefined | Order not found on JOOR | Make sure the order is marked as Approved on JOOR. If you are trying to import the order manually, enter the ID from the JOOR Order URL, not the Order # shown on the Order page. |
Unexpected token: < | Order not found on JOOR | Make sure the order is marked as Approved on JOOR. If you are trying to import the order manually, enter the ID from the JOOR Order URL, not the Order # shown on the Order page. |
Unexpected token: P | Order not found on JOOR | Make sure the order is marked as Approved on JOOR. If you are trying to import the order manually, enter the ID from the JOOR Order URL, not the Order # shown on the Order page. |
customer code missing, aborting order | The customer code is not found on the order from JOOR | Add the customer code found on the order on JOOR and try to reimport the order. |
item [item-name] doesn't have upc set on it | UPC is missing on the item/style | Confirm UPC is present on the Netsuite/JOOR item/style record. |
item SKU (000001) doesn't exist in netsuite | The item associated with the sales order does not exist in Netsuite or is marked as Inactive. | Confirm the item exists in Netsuite and make sure it is not marked as Inactive. |
IMPORT_SO_DUMMMY_ITEM NOT ALLOWED | The item associated with the sales order does not exist in Netsuite or is marked as Inactive. | Confirm the item exists in Netsuite and make sure it is not marked as Inactive. |
You must enter at least one line item for this transaction. | The item associated with the sales order does not exist in Netsuite or is marked as Inactive. | Confirm the item exists in Netsuite is not marked as Inactive. |
Updating Sales Order from External System is not Allowed. | The sales order being imported already exists in Netsuite. | This error can be ignored. |
The host you are trying to connect to is not responding. | The connection between Netsuite and JOOR is experiencing a temporary downtime. | Wait and retry the import at a later time. If the issue persists, contact support. |
Invalid entity reference key 0000. | The customer/sales rep associated with the sales order does not exist in Netsuite or is marked as Inactive. | Confirm the customer/sales rep exists in Netsuite and is not marked as Inactive. |
Invalid item reference key 12345 for subsidiary 1. | The item with internal ID 12345 is marked as Inactive in Netsuite. | Uncheck the Inactive checkbox on the item in Netsuite and retry the import. If the issue persists, contact support. |
license endDate passed for Joor Connector, Mon Jan 1 2023 00:00:00 GMT-0700 (PDT) | The license for the integration connector has expired. | Contact the admin/manager immediately to resume data sync between JOOR and Netsuite. |
