Integration Overview - NetSuite

*NetSuite does not contain certain Collection information contained in JOOR, but these fields may be created through the integration using hardcoded placeholder data. Collection information can then be edited in JOOR. See Mapped Fields -NetSuitefor details.

Products & SKUs

NetSuite Items will be synced as either Products or SKUs depending on associated information.

Items will sync as Products when:

• The Item is without a Parent Item, without any Child Items, but has Color & Size information

OR

• The Item is without Parent, but has Child Items

Items will sync as SKUs when:

• The Item is without a Parent Item, without any Child Items, but has Color & Size information

OR

• The item is with a Parent Item, without any Child Items, but has Color & Size information

Note:

Items with no parent, no child, but have Color & Size information will be created both as a Product and as a SKU for that Product.

Prices

Price sync is customizable. See Mapped Fields -NetSuitefor details.

Images

The entire NetSuite File Cabinet (NFC) is considered during syncing. There is no need to assign images to Items directly.

JOOR will automatically match existing images in the NFC that match a specific filename pattern. This filename naming convention is configurable and will be established during set up.

Though the naming convention is customizable, it is necessary to consistently adhere to whichever naming convention you choose. Take this into consideration when determining your naming convention.

Collections

NetSuite Item Collections will sync as Collections in JOOR. However, Season and several other fields are not present in NetSuite and cannot be synced. These fields will be created in JOOR with hardcoded placeholder information that can then be manually edited within JOOR.

NetSuite Product Availability information will sync with JOOR Inventory.
