API-v4 / Create Prices with Price Type Name - 12/21/2023

Added the ability to use price_type_name + price_type_currency_code when creating a price for a SKU in place of price_type_id.

• EITHER price_type_id or price_type_name + price_type_currency_code are required to create a price.
